Monitor Every Interaction Through the Live Dashboard
The Live dashboard brings together real-time emotion insights from facial expressions, voice tone, and spoken words in a single view. As the session progresses, you can follow the live transcript with tone and transcript emotions, monitor the current facial emotion distribution, and track how facial emotions change over time through the emotion timeline graph.
You can also use Insights to ask questions about the ongoing session and quickly understand emotional patterns or participant responses. Together, this gives teams immediate visibility into interactions as they happen.

Live sessions require camera and microphone permission. Video and audio are processed in real time for analysis and are not stored after the session.
